Rooted firmly in traditional blues while reaching toward bold improvisation, renewal, and raw energy, The Bluetonics expand the definition of blues in a playful and exploratory way. Drawing inspiration from early electric blues heroes like Magic Sam, John Lee Hooker and Freddie King, their sound is also infused with a deep love for old-school funk and soul, adding contrast and groove to the mix.

With their brand new album Farsta Boogie out now, The Bluetonics are a blues band unafraid to blend tradition with innovation in their original material. The blues trio you didn’t know you needed!
