Stína Ágústsdóttir is one of Iceland’s leading jazz artists and has established herself as a distinctive voice on the Scandinavian jazz scene in recent years. Her stunning new album reimagines jazz through a modern feminist lens.

Her latest release, Yours Unfaithfully, features 12 experimental jazz-pop pieces in which Stína boldly and beautifully expresses her desire for freedom from the constraints of everyday expectations: “I don’t wanna stay home, make dinner and fade away.”

With this uncompromising new work, Stína is poised for a new wave of momentum, presenting poignant, indie-pop infused contemporary jazz stories.
